The location is spot on. Less than a mile from Sheringham beach where you can dig your toes into the sand or brave the North Sea (good luck with that!). The town centre is a 5-minute stroll away with shops, galleries and places to eat. Two bicycles with helmets are provided so you can explore the stunning Norfolk coastline without burning fuel. You might burn thighs instead.

The accommodation features one bedroom with a smart TV, a lounge with a massive TV (seriously, it's huge) with Sky and soundbar and a modern kitchen with American-style fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The bathroom has an excellent shower and the whole place has underfloor heating throughout.

Nearby attractions include Sheringham Park (2.5 miles, 7 minutes), the Georgian market town of Holt (8 miles, 15 minutes), sea fishing opportunities right off the beach and the North Norfolk Railway (5 minutes walk) for steam train enthusiasts.

This place is really handy! Easy to get to from the main roadsand it's close enough to bus stops and the train station. Shops, including Tesco, are within a short walk too. Very convenient!

We had such a lovely stay! The location is perfect-just a short walk into town and the seafront, but tucked away enough to avoid any noisy traffic. It's a great spot for exploring Norfolk's attractions, especially if you're into steam trains; hearing the whistle from the courtyard was a real treat. We also enjoyed visiting Muckleburgh and Gressenhall for some history. Plenty of nice places to eat, though booking ahead is smart. We're already planning to come back, maybe for the 1940s weekend next year. Definitely recommend!

Loved the modern amenities and that hot tub - absolute relaxation! It's tucked away on a peaceful street, yet just a short walk into town and along the seafront, which was perfect for us. Honestly, this place was fantastic. It's probably one of the nicest spots we've stayed in. Spotless and well-equipped, everything you could possibly need is there. The location is ideal too - just a nice, short stroll to the beach, which was perfect for us. After that, we were left to enjoy our break without any fuss, but it was reassuring to know they were just next door if anything came up - though honestly, everything was smooth sailing. A lovely touch was the home-baked bread, scones, teaand coffee - made us feel right at home. There were DVDs, booksand board games, though we didn't get around to trying them since we were busy either at the beach or relaxing in the hot tub. Checking the weather each morning with Alexa was a nice little bonus. We're already planning to come back and would definitely recommend this place to anyone!
