Lovely location perfect for getting about on foot and by car. Quiet with great facilities including hot tubs and games room. It would have been nice to have a shelf for toiletries in the shower for safety and comfort. However we will happily return to this property it was lovely and the owners equally lovely.

The accommodation was excellent throughout and seemed to be newly renovated, i have do have a couple of ideas. 1 the games room, the weather recently made this excellent facility really stuffy, maybe let the guest leave the doors open all day or install a ac machine 2 as there are two bedroom we felt that if there was four guest maybe the sofa and chair was not enough, it was ok for 2 people but maybe a larger corner sofa and take out the small chair and lamp, this would make it more comfy at night. 3 in the bedroom nearest the bathroom there is a big space, maybe have built in wardrobe or another small area for just a toilet and sink But overall excellent and we will be booking again

Overall Fantastic accommodation. Very clean, good space and location. All facility were really nice and comfortable. Only negative feedback would be that the selection of glasses and cutlery was limited. Very small glasses and insufficient for normal sized drinks cordial and water, G&T, glass of beer and if our party was larger cutlery was only sufficient for 4 with some sizing not suitable. A lot of plastic cutlery ironically! This said it did not detract from the enjoyment of the stay nor the overall impression of the accommodation. Loved it!

Very clean and artistic environment and nice surroundings. Great hot tub and games room. Lovely position near to beach. Nice and quiet. The only significant problem was one of the beds which was very lumpy so I had to sleep on the floor.

Our cottage was beautifully decorated, modern, well furnished and clean. There was everything there you could think of. We loved using the hot tubs in the evening, a great luxury treat. Youre a 5min walk away from the beach, chip shop and a few restaurants. And you have the nearest towns on your doorstep. We had the best time staying here. We would definitely return.

Lovely little property that has been well designed and fitted to a high quality. Very close to the beach and fantastic if you have a dog or two, ours loved long beach walks and the use of the grassed garden, whereas our children enjoyed the pool table which was also a decent quality. Kitchen is quite compact but has everything you need, even a wine fridge which is probably a bit over the top. We managed to cook decent full English in the morning. Local facilities are a bit limited, but there is a charming shop opposite, a decent fish and chips, and some other eateries that we didn't use, plus plenty of other places that are a short drive away. Everything was very clean and felt new.

Immaculate property. Perfect for the 4 of us and our Labrador! Great location there was a footpath which leaves from the bottom of the lane opposite the entrance to the cottages. If you go left, before too long you come to open fields which was a good walk for the dog, if we didn't want to walk along the grassy dunes on the beach. There's lots of things to do only a short drive away. We were only there for 4 nights but we had a varied time Pleasurewood Hills, Covehithe beach, Carlton nature reserve and Somerleyton gardens. Hope to come back, as there are plenty more things to do in the area and we really liked Kessingland too. NB Property has a proper fridge freezer. Also you have to go down 2 brick steps when you enter the property, which may be difficult if anyone in the group has mobility issues. Also 2 carpeted steps up to one of the bedrooms.

2 night stay and the cottage was lovely. These cottages where recently refurbished and are immaculate. Ross the host was easy to get hold off and Spoke to me directly to update with details. Would stay again in the future
