Aqueduct Barn is a stylish luxury barn conversion in Outwell, Norfolk, sitting on the site of an old Benedictine Priory. Part of a small complex of barns, it sleeps six and is surrounded by rolling fields with Well Creek canal running alongside. It joined the Holiday Cottages collection in 2023 and is managed by Lee.

Outwell sits just outside Wisbech with shops, restaurants and pubs in the village itself. The canal, open fields and access to an acre of land make this a great base for walking and wildlife watching. The private 6-seater hot tub sits in a wraparound courtyard perfect under the big Norfolk skies.

The barn sleeps six across three upstairs bedrooms two king-size rooms (one with an en-suite shower room) and one twin. Downstairs is an open-plan kitchen with breakfast bar, dining area and living room. Two bathrooms include a spacious family bathroom with a roll-top bath.
