We had a great time. We fully intend to rebook! The location is lovely, the hot tub really good and the cottage was a good size. There were little things that could be improved - the WiFi was slow (but the 4G is fine), the TV basic (although apps would probably be frustrating with the WiFi!) and the mattresses were pretty soft (which some people will really like, but we tend to prefer a firmer mattress). That said, we want to go back, so those little things were more than made up for by the good stuff! Great location for visiting the Broads and also the coast.

Our ‘welcome gift’ consisted of stale packet of opened biscuits. There were DVDs and no DVD player. The free WiFi didn’t work and we spent 4 days of our holiday using our own data. Despite the owner’s lacklustre dealing with it (which we suspect they didn’t). There were no dishwasher tablets, no bin bags and very little in the way of cosy comforts. It seemed very much like a money-making venture, with a unit filled with cheapness and poor quality items. A wasp nest in the roof would have been useful to know, as one of our party suffers with anaphylaxis and spent a night in hospital because of this. Would never use again and would never recommend. Dreadful place.
