The location is brilliant. You've got woodland areas to explore right on your doorstep, plus a farm shop just 0. 1 miles away for those morning croissants (or emergency wine runs). Beccles Marshes offers fantastic walking opportunities. The site has its own fitness suite and games room for when the British weather does its thing.

The open-plan living area has two three-seater sofas and French doors leading to your private garden. The kitchen comes fully equipped with double oven, gas hob, dishwasher, washing machine and all the usual gear.
Fancy exploring? Visit Herringfleet Windmill (15 minutes), grab lunch at Wheatacre White Lion (5 minutes), or head to Lowestoft's South Beach (30 minutes). Lowestoft Maritime Museum makes a great rainy-day option.
