Beccles Marshes offers fantastic walking opportunities. The site has its own fitness suite and games room for when the British weather does its thing.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with double oven, gas hob, dishwasher, washing machine and all the usual gear.
Fancy exploring? Visit Herringfleet Windmill (15 minutes), grab lunch at Wheatacre White Lion (5 minutes), or head to Lowestoft's South Beach (30 minutes). Lowestoft Maritime Museum makes a great rainy-day option.
