Three generations from 3yr to 80yr.From America, Oxfordshire and East sussex.We had such a good time .We all used the hot tub.......a lot. The children fished and used the kayaks. Grown ups fished and went kayaking along the river.We sat outside at any time of the day or evening and in any weather under a canopy of wisteria growing along the upstairs veranda. We rarely sat in the very comfortable lounge.Play room and dart board were well used.Plenty kitchen equipment but take cleaning products.The house and location was stunning

This is a really great house for a family gathering and birthday celebration!! The house had everything we needed and in a perfect location. The jetty and river was really special, the grandchildren loved it. Sitting in the hot tub was so quiet and peaceful with just the birds singing and the amazing view!!We hope to return in the near future.

Amazing place to stay. had a lovely weekend there with friends. The setting is absolutely stunning. Wild birds feeding as you sit out with a coffee. Very attentive host who come to show us around and maintain the hot tub over the weekend.Excellent facilities in the kitchen. Loads of pots, pans and bowls etc.No bins upstairs or in the bathrooms, which would have been helpful, especially for us ladies.
