Third time we have been to that barn complex and we love it. Kestrel barn was spacious, immaculate, comfortable and welcoming. Great location for getting around Norfolk. The top half of the stairs could benefit from a bannister as my elderly mam struggled a bit with the stairs but that could easily be sorted. Be aware that you are in close proximity with the neighbours so when they have a bbq make sure you’re washing isn’t hanging out ????. Had a wonderful time and will return.

A fantastic girls weekend away, the house is great for a large group with ample space inside and out (2 outside spaces one T rear in a small courtyard with the hot tub and one out front). Whilst it is rural there are multiple adjoining properties, we and they weren’t loud so no issues but be mindful if you plan on being loud. Swaffham as a town was cute and we strolled the Saturday market but mostly chilled out at the house.
