Keepers Cottage, Beeston

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Keepers Cottage! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at home. The cottage is beautifully presented, spotlessly clean, and has everything you could possibly need for a relaxing break. The location is perfectpeaceful and surrounded by beautiful scenery, yet still well placed to explore the whole of Norfolk. The attention to detail throughout the cottage really stood out, from the comfortable furnishings to the thoughtful little touches that made our stay extra special. The hosts were fantastic friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help while giving us complete privacy. It's clear they genuinely care about making sure guests have the best possible experience. We left feeling refreshed and already planning our next visit. We couldn't recommend Keepers Cottage highly enoughit's a true gem and deserves every one of its five stars!

Cottage is lovely but a little way from anything which was ideal for us. Garden was large and enclosed so great for our dog. Owner was brilliant. Would recommend to anyone.

This is the third time we have stayed at this property. Each time the cleanliness and facilities have been first class. The enclosed garden is ideal for our two small dogs and the hot tub was well used but not by the dogs. Another reviewer mention excessive barking from dogs on the farm but we didnt experience any noise from the farm. The road leading to the cottage is just a dirt track but not a problem if taken slowly. My wife is diabetic and left her ketone monitor in the property when we left. I would like to thank the owners who found it and returned it in the post. We received it the next day. A lovely place to stay and we will probably return in the future.

The house is nicely equipped and in good order. The garden is large and secure for the pets. Peaceful location in the middle of nowhere, perfect for getting away from it all with most attractions reached in around an hour.

A great cottage, just what we needed, away from everything. Everything was set up for us to have a fantastic stay. I would suggest that you might provide a hair dryer, as we used the hot tub everyday or night! Also a few staples like kitchen towel and cling film. A great place we will be recommending and hopefully coming back soon.

Keepers Cottage is well equipped with a good central heating system, a wood burning stove, hot tub, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher and an enormous private fenced off garden area that our dogs loved. We used the stove with the supplied logs each evening to create a cosy atmosphere. The local pub is excellent with friendly staff. The White Swan in nearby Gressenhall is worth a visit. The access road is muddy. We used the outside tap with a hot water outlet to hose off the labrador.

Perfect family Xmas . Downstairs bedroom and bathroom ideal for elderly . Upstairs large master bedroom and twin bedded room with shower room. The hosts left enough logs for the week and a big hamper of goodies and bubbles. The hottub was the warmest way to spend some time during the cold days and some stargazing at night. Our two dogs has a wonderful time running around the well enclosed garden. We would definitely love to stay again.

Loved the location & the large secure garden was perfect for the dogs. The cottage was clean & well equipped with pots & pans. It could benefit from having more than one serving of cutlery knives, forks & spoons. The kitchen & lounge were spacious & very comfortable. The downstairs bedroom & bathroom had an unusual layout, in so much you had to go through the lounge, kitchen & hallway to access the bathroom which was a bit inconvenient during the night. However both bathrooms had great showers. The upstairs bedrooms were in the roof space so getting to the double bed in particular was a little cumbersome as you couldnt walk full height. The heating system was very efficient & even on a cold wet November weekend we didnt need to make use of the wood burning stove. We didnt make use of the hot tub until the 2nd night. It had only been set to 32 degrees so we were only able to stay in it for a very short time. We fiddled with the temperature hoping by the following morning it would have increased. Unbeknown to us we had put it into sleep mode so the temp hadnt improved. We got in touch with the owners who responded quickly to resolve the issue & by the afternoon we were able to fully enjoy the hot tub, which was ideal. Overall, a few niggles but location, space & cleanliness made up for it. An enjoyable weekend.

This is the second time at Keepers Cottage, it didnt disappoint. A lovely relaxing place to stay. The hot tub is wonderful. The owners are quick to respond to any queries.

Ideal for our needs with 2 dogs. Good walks and excellent enclosed garden. We have booked a return visit in 2026.

Fabulous location, despite the farm track access which we found to be perfectly good bumpy but potholes filled and hedges restrained! The local village pub is community run and super friendly with amazing food booking recommended. Excellent as a base for both North and Mid Norfolk touristing.

Our second stay at the cottage, very enjoyable yet again. A perfect location for relaxing, especially if you have dogs. Take advantage of the fully secure garden, andor use the cottage as a base from which to explore the fantastic surrounding area.

Cannot fault the facilities in the cottage, plenty of equipment to use for cooking, nice to have a good size kitchen table to sit on considering there were 6 of us. The quietness around the cottage was perfect and the hot tub was great! Although too much chlorine so had to wait to get into it. The garden was big enough for our dog and he couldnt escape! We had a lot of flies in the place, as soon as we opened up we were bombarded and as much as we were getting rid they were coming back. Maybe a good search is needed inside the house for discarded food that are not at eye level? The track leading to the cottage was really awkward, especially if you love your car! Quite a few pot holes and lots of thorny branches sticking out. Not local to anything so be prepared but we knew that on booking. All in all a nice time with the family

Best equiped cottage we have ever stayed at 35 years. Very quiet and comfortable. Would use again if holydaying in the area in the future.

Me and two friends and 3 dogs stayed there. Keepers cottage had a lovely secure garden. We really enjoyed our stay at the cottage, had every thing we needed and felt like home. Only 1 draw back was the track up to the cottage but not enough to upset our stay.

It was a lovely stay, very clean and tidy! We with stayed with 3 dogs and they had a great time and the place had all the facilities to make the trip even more enjoyable!

Amazing cottage and perfect for our weekend getaway. The garden was stunning and my dogs loved it, very quiet and peaceful and the hot tub was just what we needed at the end of the day, very well equipped kitchen and we cooked a lovely roast on the Sunday. We are already planning on coming back to keepers cottage again.

The cottage worked perfectly for our stay. Every facility we could wish for. The hot tub and mirror tv wowed the Grandchildren just a great place to return to after exploring the beaches, BeWILDer Wood, Sandringham to name a few.

What an amazing cottage we all loved our stay Surrounded by countryside but close to the coast. The hot tub was amazing after a day out walking our dog loved the big garden to run about in. The log burner on the evening of it gets chilly is perfect. Only thing we would change is the bed upstairs is very noisy cant move an inch without waking up. If we ever come back to Norfolk this would be our first place to try and stay.

The house and area around were excellent. Very clean, very comfortable. We will be back and will definitely recommend to others.

Excellent cottage. Was spotless and had everything you could think of to make the stay good. We had a little issue with the hot tub which was our fault and Sarah answered and advised us straight away. The hot tub is fantastic and the log burner is a real bonus. The cottage is in a very quiet and peaceful spot and we heard very little outside noise and we came home totally relaxed. Thank you Sarah, we would definitely come again. The road to the property is very uneven so take care and drive slowly

Lovely comfortable cottage, very clean. We enjoyed our Christmas break. Had a slight issue with WiFi on the first night, but property owner was very helpful at looking into this and we had no further issues. Would benefit from having a few basics supplied, especially with the location. No hand soap in one of the bathrooms. No tea towels. No Cleaning products, a kitchen surface spray would have been beneficial. Hairdryer would be a bonus.

Beautiful cottage in a perfect location. Big gardens which were safe for my 3 dogs to run free, hot tub was a great addition. Lovely and quiet. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at keepers cottage and will definitely return and recommend

Lovely property well maintained and clean. Garden was great and our small dogs didnt manage to escape. We found it chilly at times and couldnt seem to alter the heating. Hot tub was lovely but no lights in that area made it unusable after 6. Cot, stairgates and high chair much appreciated and all there ready. Appreciated the logs and we got kindling from the garden.All appliances easy to use and bathroom tv a real luxury. No real gripes except a non slip bath mat would have been nice for the baby and the oldie.

Perfect accommodation. no major faults . observations . supply slip matts in the bathrooms. lable the hot tub outside light switch .highlight no need for WiFi passwords or for netfix and prime video . The owners were lovely and accommodating.highly recommended

A fabulous cottage, very clean, comfy and in a great location. Dog friendly garden was great for our dog, lots of room to run around and all safely enclosed. A great stay and we will definitely book to come back.

Fantastic cottage, clean and modern with lovely surroundings. We had everything we needed and would thoroughly recommend a stay here to anyone considering it. It was a great base for us to explore the north coast of Norfolk, Sandringham was also a great day out, and just relaxing at the cottage was nice too. The kids loved the hot tub, the dogs loved the big garden for zoomies and chilling in the sun. A downstairs bedroom for Granny was so so helpful, as was having 2 bathrooms. We all had a wonderful holiday and would definitely come back again.

Thoroughly enjoyable stay at Keepers Cottage. Lovely cottage and grounds, in a fantastic location. The fully enclosed garden was perfect for the dogs, adding to the relaxing nature of the property as we could let them roam without worrying about them. An ideal location for relaxing, especially for walkers andor cyclists. We wouldwill happily return in future.

Just got back from a wonderful peaceful stay at Keepers cottage. I had read a review about dog barking but we had no problem at all. Yes the neighbouring farm has dogs but only ever heard occasional bark and certainly no more than my own dogs. Considering that it's a working farm next door, it was very quiet. Just loved listening to the bird song in the garden while in the hot tub. The garden is beautiful and a small bit of woodland in it, which was great for the dogs to explore. The whole garden is enclosed so even my chihuahuas couldn't escape. There's a lot to do in the area. Sandringham is only 30 mins away and Wells beach about 40 mins. The cottage was comfortable and we loved the ice making fridge freezer. I'm sure we will be back. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Amazing place to stay with family & dogs, has everything you need for a relaxing week. The enclosed garden is perfect for the dogs. You can feel totally relaxed whilst at the property.

A well equipped and comfortable cottage in a very quiet and peaceful countryside location. The enclosed garden was a bonus for young children and our dog and of course the hot tub was enjoyed by all.
