The Stables is a beautiful bungalow, we found it very comfortable. Our hosts Paul and Tammi live in the adjacent building and were great. The bungalow is very spacious. We learnt it was built about 5 years ago, so all the furniture and appliances look like new. The location of The Stables is a few minutes drive from a main road, but you can't hear any traffic noise. It's ideally situated for exploring Norfolk and Suffolk.

We had a wonderful stay. The property is lovely and in great condition, in a beautiful part of the country. The owners were very friendly and helpful, and the homemade cakes on arrival, plus the milk and wine in the fridge were an unexpected bonus. The hot tub was wellused and a great size, beds very comfortable. Could do with some curtains or blinds in the kitchen area to give some privacy at the front door but also to block out the sun as it can get warm when the doors are closed, and a shelf in the shower would be useful, but these are minor things. I would highly recommend the property and would happily visit again on the future.

Wonderful stay at The Stables. The accommodation was perfect, amazing high ceilings, well thought out floor plan, a kitchen that made cooking a full Christmas meal a breeze and the most comfortable beds we have slept in a rental. Despite Storm Darragh we still made use the wonderful hot tub, unfortunately due to the storm we didnt explore the area but will definitely return to explore. Paul is an amazing host, so friendly and you could tell he wanted to ensure we had the best experience and finally the welcome pack was so thoughtful.

We had a wonderful 2 week holiday at the Stables and could not fault any part of the accommodation or the facilities. Where else would you be able to have a totally private garden fully equipped with furniture and hot tub. The accommodation inside was equal to a five star hotel but with the benefit of the total space just for your use. The area was peaceful and everything you could imagine for a small hamlet and a place that most would love to live in. Our hosts Tammi and Paul were friendly, charming and informative. It was a perfect location for travelling to places such Bury St Edmonds, Southwold and of course a trip on the river to see the Norfolk Broads. There were numerous places to eat and we ate at The White Horse Inn and had fish and chips from the local shop in Badwell Ash both of which were in the next willage. As a famous actor once said.....
