This cottage bears no resemblance to the advertised version. Enter site through scrape boat yard containing broken boats, scrap cars, old furniture, fridges and toilets etc. View from dinning room window was of dumped furniture. Garden furniture advertised at the front does not exist, instead old, green plastic sun bed and broken garden seat. Lawn at front covered in mole hills, drive way broken and uneven. Hot tub very poorly managed { possible health risk}and had to call someone to look at it twice. Not useable on two occasions. Cottage needed a good clean, windows filthy both inside and out and covered with cob webs. Draw fronts fell off bed in downstairs bedroom, slates fell out of bed in upstairs bedroom. Bed linen not up to standard. No bath mat in bath so very slippery. The garden picnic table at the back was so old we had to cover with our towels to prevent splinters. The paving slabs uneven, wobbly and dangerous. We will not be returning and thoroughly disappointed. We would suggest you remove this from your brochure and web site.

The location is in the edge of a scrap yard surrounded by broken down boats (decaying), vehicles, machinery and neglected metal sheds. Unfortunately the river view was spoilt by numerous piles of fly tipping. The outside sitting area consisted of scruffy wooden table bench and a broken chair. As mentioned before other reviews the mop and bucket were dirty but as we had read previous reviews we brought our own cleaning cloths. The whole inside of the property needs some TLC and updating. The upstairs bed had broken slats which affected our sleep so we slept in the single beds.
