We really enjoyed our stay at this place. The location is perfect for exploring North Norfolk, with plenty of lovely walks nearby that our dog loved. The house is welcoming and feels quite homely, especially the cosy lounge which was great for relaxing after a day out. WiFi was surprisingly good across all rooms, which was a lifesaver with our teenager. The hot tub was a real highlight-spacious and private, perfect for unwinding. The master bed was a good size, though the metal frame made some loud creaks when moving around, waking up our partner. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances, but some extra plates and glasses would have been handy. Our only real issue was the conservatory and twin room getting really hot during summer; we had to buy fans to keep things comfortable for my son. Overall, a nice place that just needs a few tweaks to be perfect!

We loved how close it is to the north coast; most spots between Hunstanton and Cromer are just a short drive away. The kids were over the moon with the big 65" TV!
