We were very impressed by our accommodation, lots of space and very well resourced. A thoughtful welcome pack on our arrival that was a very kind gesture. What really made our stay stand out was the pool, hot tub and sauna. The pool used tirelessly by the grand children, the hot tub and sauna by the middle generations whilst us oldies acted as life guards. These facilities were a special treat indeed. Supermarkets were close by and eating establishments too. We wanted for nothing- apart from a little more sunshine. We picked the wettest week in the year so far but this split our holiday not one bit with the luxury available for us. Mr Waring kindly allowed us to delay our departure for an hour as we waited for one of our cars to be fixed after a souvenir Norfolk flint was removed from its tyre. Thank you again, it was a very special celebration holiday for us for several reasons made even more special by our accommodation. A big thank you from us all

Our second year here and the lovely indoor pool in the key, plus the hot tub! Our family of 8, including three young children, fitted in nicely. Some of the facilities could do with a revamp but we knew what to expect and had a really great time.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sandals Marsh, we were extremely lucky with weather and the garden is beautiful. We did however feel that our stay was hindered by quality of the house. It needs work to freshen it up as it feels very outdated and not very clean. - dusty sides, particularly in kitchen - dirty floors - rusty bbq - no curtains in main bedroom - shower was boiling hot and unusable because of this - pool was cloudy and cold - chlorine from jacuzzi caused rashes on us all - faulty appliances - broken door handle to front room and dangerous door to loft eaves in main bedroom with broken handle - extremely loud boiler in bedrooms impacting sleep We’d recommend that this feedback is taken onboard as the house has lots of potential but does need work to improve experiences.
