This was such a great place to stay. The kitchen was fully equipped, the shower pressure was amazing, and the beds were super comfy. We had such a relaxing time on the sofa watching the big screen tv. The description on how to use everything in the information booklet was very helpful and a nice touch. The hot tub was a good size. The location is 5 minutes from Hemsby beach. There is a Coop and Premier which is either a 2 mins drive or a lovely 10 minute walk. We will definitely be coming back here to stay.

The property was very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. There was a lovely little welcome basket with water and snacks etc, which was very nice after the long drive. The hot tub was lovely, however we felt it could have bee a little warmer but that's just personal preference. We had a very enjoyable stay and recommend to family and friends. My only criticism if I had to mention one was the towels could have been of a better quality. They provided plenty of them, just a little on the thin side, again possibly personal preference.

We really enjoyed our short stay and would book again. The house is lovely with plenty of room. The kitchen was well stocked and everything was clean. It was lovely to have a hot tub but we found it a bit warm. The house is close to Hemsby beach which was great. Overall we enjoyed our short holiday and would recommend this holiday home.

Overall the accommodation was very good, but with a few points of note for improvement. The front patiodrive has several loose slabs. For a person unsteady on their feet, this could be a concern. All of the bath towelshand towels and face cloths are not fit for purpose. They are of poor quality and need replacing with much thicker and larger towels. For some reason there were a lot of small flies inside the property, and also lots of spiders in corners of the rooms both at floor level and ceiling height. Despite these points, it is a good place to stay, with plenty of space and the kitchendiner is a great size, stocked with all the gadgets and gizmos one might need. Hot tub was very nice, but perhaps could have been a bit warmer. We would stay here again, but maybe bring our own towels.just in case.

I really enjoyed my stay at barleycroft. It had everything you needed and more like the welcome pack being able to cook a nice meal the kitchen had everything you needed. it was clean and tidy and had fresh towels. The hot tub was great. I could of stayed longer and would definitely stay there again. Plus it was in a really quite area with beaches close by also has a local shop.
